What payment methods do you accept?

You may purchase products via credit card (Visa, American Express, or MasterCard). Your credit card statement will reflect payment to Scarborough & Tweed.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Gift wrapping is not currently available.

Can I order an item that is out of stock?

You are not able to place an order for out-of-stock items. However, we are actively updating our inventory, so please check back.

Can I purchase a gift card?

Gift cards are not available for purchase. However, our dedicated Customer Service Team is on hand to help solve all of your needs.

How do I change my billing information?

You may edit your billing information at any time prior to selecting “Place Order Now”.

How are taxes calculated?

How do I cancel/modify my order?

We encourage you to carefully review your order for accuracy before purchasing. For modifications or cancelations, please contact our dedicated Customer Service Team for assistance. We will do whatever we can to assist you.

What are my shipping options?

Ground shipping is free! We ship to all 50 states via FedEx. We do not ship internationally or to PO boxes. Orders will ship within two business days of the order being placed. Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges

 

Can I ship to more than one location?

You may only ship to a single location, so you will need to place each order separately.

When will my order ship?

Will my entire order ship together?

When you order multiple items, they will still ship together.
